Spectrum RCS

I am a Spectrum customer, and I received an outage notification during this process. It made me think of a few “what ifs” that could benefit customers when they receive outage notifications. In addition, I added additional messages that utilize potential RCS applications. There could be a variety of possibilities around personalization for the customer in terms of using their name and dynamically pulling relevant offers based on their existing services. In addition, I’ve seen good results from using personalization (the name of an employee) in communications as well. All of these examples below represent some quick explorations around different uses for RCS, including the possibility of utilizing a carousel experience to serve multiple relevant offers or services. This is, of course, just scratching the surface for what’s possible with a few quick iterations.
