That’s the campaign message I came up with for Arthur State Bank as part of a new campaign refresh. They wanted to tell their story in a new way, so I took a new insight and turned into a new creative approach. In addition, I helped design a new SEO-friendly site and create a new look and feel for the brand.

“The Small Things Make a Big Difference” wasn’t just a slogan—it was a belief. We created a campaign rooted in life’s everyday moments: the banker who remembers your kid’s name, the teller who calls to double-check a charge, the app that works when you need it most. Through TV, social, and print, we told real stories with a clear message: Arthur doesn’t just bank with you, they get you.
