LG Sales Enablement Decks
As part of the work I oversee for LG Business Solutions, I helped lead and execute the creation of a series of “Why LG?” sales enablement decks for 7 different business verticals. Each deck had areas for customization by the sales reps. While the overall upfront setup was similar, the products, benefits, business case, and use cases were very different resulting in a custom sales deck for each vertical. These 70+ page decks took a lot of time, writing, design, and oversight to bring to life.
Customizing By Vertical
LG needed customized sales enablement decks for Corporate, Retail, Hospitality, Tech, Pharma, Energy, and Financial. Each deck featured a section on use cases for each of their specific products. Hospitality featured uses cases in hotels and event spaces, Corporate featured use cases in meeting rooms and innovative desktop set ups, and Retail featured in-store and point of purchase products. The results were highly specialized sales tools that helped LG sales people more easily sell and present their products by vertical.
